After 200+ videos on career development, my journey is taking a personal turn.

In my recent coaching sessions, I’ve seen successful professionals yearning for more than just another job.

They’re seeking purpose, legacy, and reinvention. Their stories have touched me deeply because I’m walking this same path.

At 65, I find myself asking the same questions as many of my coaching clients: What makes a truly meaningful life after our main career ends?

That’s why I’m expanding our conversations and making a pivot with my YouTube channel and this newsletter in 2025.

With potentially decades of vibrant life ahead, we have an incredible opportunity to write new stories.
