4. Dress for Success:Dress one level up from the expected dress code. Check out the company’s vibe on Glassdoor and mirror the hiring manager’s style on the second interview.
5. Smile Smartly:Smile, but not too much. Too much smiling might make you seem less serious or even incompetent. Find the right balance.
6. Sit Smart:Avoid sitting directly in front of the interviewer. Angle yourself a bit to build rapport.
