In my experience, these high-level interviews often fall into two categories: the entertainer and ones who likes to be entertained.

The entertainer likes to talk.  They like to share stories about the product or service and about the company in general. 

This group, you want to keep them in engaged with thoughtful questions.

The one who prefers to be entertained is someone who expects you take the lead. For these individuals, you want to keep them engaged with your captivating stories.

Now, here’s the kicker: it’s not just about impressing them.

It’s about finding the right fit for you too.

Be genuine about your preferred management style and work environment. After all, landing a job where you’re not a good fit can lead to those dreaded Sunday night blues.
