If you been invited to a final interview with senior level executives, this video will show you how to prepare.
As a certified professional career coach, I’ve helped many mid-to-late career professionals prepare for this type of interview.
Your goal is to engage and gain rapport with the person interviewing you as quickly as possible.
I have found there are two types of interviewers at this level.
Those who like to be the center of attention and those who prefer to listen.
Let’s call these interviewers entertainers and those who like to be entertained.

Your job is to keep them talking by asking well thought out questions about the company, the culture, even the interviewer.
The last thing you want to do is interrupt them.
If the person likes to be entertained, you will be doing most of the talking.
To prepare for interviewers who like to be entertained, make sure you have stories regarding your successful projects or accomplishments to share.
In today’s video, I dig deeper into these two types of interviewers and how you can best succeed.
